1, the oxide film is easy to mix impurities, resulting in yellow color. Especially the natural oxidation, the oxidation film yellow is very obvious. 2, in the oxidation process, if there are materials that meet together, the color of the oxide film will be uneven, resulting in a rainbow color film. 3, the oxidation process if the profile binding is not tight, falling into the oxidation pool will cause short circuit. 4, the electrolyte temperature is too high or the electrolytic time is too long, which will cause white powder on the surface of the oxide film. 5, in the acid corrosion, if the concentration of sulfuric acid is not properly controlled will affect the corrosion resistance of the oxide film. 6, oxide film and burn, black, white and other problems.
Electrophoretic coating has very strict requirements for the process, and if one step or several steps are not operated according to the process, it will cause various defects on the surface of the aluminum profile. 1, when the aluminum profile is immersed in the tank or the circulation system is involved in air, poor anode shielding may cause bubbles on the surface of the paint film. 2, poor conductivity, anodic oxide film completely closed will cause no paint film phenomenon. 3, insufficient film thickness, film redissolution, poor washing, high PH value, paint pollution, insufficient baking and drying, excessive alkali corrosion will cause the color of the paint film dark, poor gloss. 4, voltage, tank temperature, tank solvent, binding gap, pole ratio, pole spacing, current density, tank circulation speed are inappropriate may cause uneven electrophoretic paint film thickness. 5, paint aging, PH value is too high, tank pollution, solid content is too low will lead to the surface of the paint film "orange peel".
Powder spraying 1, compressed air is unclean, mixed with oil or water will cause shrinkage holes on the surface of the material. 2, the quality of raw materials is not good, mixed with dust or other impurities, particles will appear on the surface of the spray. 3, the combination of raw material formula will affect the surface hardness of aluminum profiles, tensile properties, corrosion resistance, but also cause the surface color of aluminum profiles yellow, no powder and other bad surfaces. Most of the above defects are caused by improper manual operation, and these defects will be avoided to a large extent if operated in strict accordance with the process specifications.
