Solutions to the oxidation of industrial aluminum profiles
Industrial aluminum profiles are commonly used materials in many industries. But in the process, it's not so easy. Usually, due to various factors, the shape of aluminum alloy is not perfect. Among them, aluminum alloy profiles are easy to oxidize, which is a headache.
Faced with this situation, how should employees deal with it?
(1) Aging. According to the climatic conditions, the aging method of aluminum alloy profiles can be determined. Sunny summer days can be exposed to the sun, cloudy days or winter can be baked in the oven. The process conditions are: temperature 40℃, 50℃, time 10~15 min.
(2) Hot water rinse. The purpose of hot washing is to age the film. However, the water temperature and time should be strictly controlled, the water temperature is too high, the film is thin, and the color is light. The same problem will occur when the processing time of industrial aluminum profiles is too long, and the appropriate temperature and time are: temperature 40~50 ° C and time 0.5 min.
(3) Drying. It is best to dry naturally and dry. The workpiece filled with hot water is tilted on the shelf so that the free water on the work surface flows down in a straight line. Water droplets flowing into the lower corner are caught with a towel, and the color of the film dried by this method is not affected and looks natural
(4) Repair of unqualified parts. It should be removed before dry aging, because the film is difficult to remove after dry aging, which will affect the rough surface of industrial aluminum profiles. The author makes some explorations on this technique. Through a variety of experimental methods, it is found that the following method is effective, simple and does not affect the surface quality of the workpiece. The specific process is as follows: First, the unqualified industrial aluminum profile is clamped on the aluminum anodizing fixture, and then the aluminum is anodized for 2-3 minutes in the sulfuric acid solution, and the film is treated by the aluminum anodizing method in the sulfuric acid solution. Soft and falling off, it can be re-anodized after a little cleaning with alkali and nitric acid
