Q3. What is the differences between theoretical weight and actual weight?
A4. Actual weight is the actual weight including standard packaging Theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing,calculated by of the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.

Q5:If customers need profiles urgent, how we deal with this situation?
a) Urgent and mold is unavailable:the lead time of mold opening is 12 to15 days+ 25 to 30 day mass production
b) Urgent and mold is available, the lead times of mass production is 25-30 days
c)You are suggested to perpare your own sample or CAD with cross section and size first, we offer design improvement.
